Mahindra Randhawa Motors - Commercial Vehicle Showroom

It is a great pleasure to write five star honest   review on my recent III Thar service completed by Randhawa Motors, Dombivli.  It is a brand-new service station with excellent facilities and modern equipment.  Very specious waiting room featuring a 65-inch Android TV, comfortable couches and a view of the service area. The campus is vast, covering over two  acres, with separate entry and exit gates.   Very polite and welcoming staff offering drinking water and tea/coffee.  Clean washrooms. Central Air Conditioning. I received reminder calls one day in advance as well as on the day of service.  Sagar was in charge of the service.  He is a gem of a man: very professional, soft-spoken, and helpful in all respects.  He suggested polishing and waxing because thorns and branches had scratched the jeep during my off-roading in Ladakh, the NE States, and the Himalayas.  Sagar and his team completed the job to a great satisfaction.  Everything was fixed, corrected and calibrated. When I went to collect the jeep, I just could not believe that it was my Thar.  It has the stunning look of a brand-new vehicle, shining and gleaming as if it were just taken from a showroom.  I can see my reflection on the sides of the jeep. It runs like a breeze.  I am now ready to confidently explore other parts of India. He suggested buying Road Side Assistance Insurance from Randhawa Motors, which I did promptly.  I strongly recommend other M & M vehicle owners to use this service center.
