I recently purchased a commercial vehicle from Model Fuel, and I want to share my honest experience to help other buyers. 1. Transparency and Guidance: The best part about this dealership is their transparency. They don’t hide facts and explain everything clearly to everyone. I met Gaurav Bhaiya there, and he was excellent. He explained the entire process step-by-step, making sure I understood every detail before moving forward. 2. Problem Solving: When a few issues arose during the deal, the team didn’t ignore them. They took responsibility, corrected the mistakes, and explained the solutions in a very simple way. Their honest approach is much appreciated. 3. Areas for Improvement (Documentation): While the service is good, they really need to improve their working style regarding paperwork. I faced a few problems here: Time Consumption: The documentation process took way too long. Multiple Visits: I had to visit the office multiple times just to get my documents sorted, which was quite inconvenient. Digital vs. Physical: Most of the documents I received were either PDFs or Xerox copies. Only a few original papers, like the RC Book (Owner Book), were provided in physical form. Conclusion: If you are looking to buy a commercial vehicle, this is a trustworthy place because they guide you well. However, be prepared to spend some extra time on the paperwork. If they speed up their document handling, they would be the best in the business
