Feedback for Deep Mahindra Automobiles, Azamgarh I recently visited Deep Mahindra Automobiles, Azamgarh for an issue with my Mahindra XEV 9E, which I had purchased from Jaipur. While travelling to my hometown Mau (around 60 km from Azamgarh), I noticed a few error messages on the driver display and decided to stop by their workshop for assistance. From the moment I entered, I was highly impressed by the way the team attended to me. Mr. Ravindra (Coretech) and Mr. Vivek (Service Manager) were extremely polite, professional, and proactive in addressing the issue. They not only understood the problem quickly but ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. As the vehicle had to be retained for another day, they went above and beyond by offering me their demo vehicle (BE 6) so I could reach my hometown without any inconvenience. This thoughtful gesture truly reflected their customer-first approach and genuine care. What made this experience even more special is that Azamgarh is not a Tier 1 or Tier 2 city, yet the level of service, professionalism, and hospitality I received was simply outstanding. Considering that Mahindra XEV 9E is a newly launched EV, getting such expert attention and support in Azamgarh was truly mesmerizing and beyond expectations. Overall, my experience with Deep Mahindra Automobiles has been exceptional. Their professionalism, behaviour, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. I would wholeheartedly recommend their workshop to anyone looking for reliable Mahindra service in this region.
