I had an absolute funtastic experience with Mahindra PPS Motors for my new XEV 9S. The efforts the team put in delivering my car before schedule were commendable. Special thanks to Sahid who was an absolute gem of a person and a true professional. He provided top class customer service and fantastic customer experience. He went above and beyond to provide a seamless handover. The rest of the team including Saad who was providing support even when he was unwell and Shambhavi who was 100% accurate wrt delivery timelines and very helpful in the entire process. The accessories department with Ketan and Insurance and RTO department was also very helpful and transparent.
